  • improved possibilities for the social partners to exercise their rights and duties as regards employee involvement
  • strengthened cooperation among social partners and other actors in respect to Union law on employee involvement
  • improved role of worker participation mechanisms and bodies in consultation on companies’ strategies
  • findings of the Fitness check on EU acts in the area of Information and Consultation of Workers followed up in the content of e-learning tool and the guidance document
  • fostered implementation of EU Pillar of social rights in the context of worker participation
  • strengthened transnational cooperation between workers‘ and employers’ representatives in the context of implementation of the European Green Deal in metal sector companies.
